研究目的：

基于国内有特殊特殊医疗保健需求儿童家庭健康现状，从临床出发，本研究针对0-6岁儿童照顾者进行问卷调查。（1）基于现代心理测量学探索 CYSHCN对现有社会心理筛查工具和干预措施的适应性，以制定有效的康复干预策略,推广基于证据的干预措施和策略，以支持 CYSHCN 的社会心理发展、育儿能力和家庭复原力。（2）根据家长问卷调查从儿童发展需要、育儿能力、家庭和环境因素等社会影响因素分析CYSHCN家庭健康情况的潜在差异。（3）通过本次研究在儿童保健、教育等相关领域加强宣传教育，减少 CYSHCN 及其家庭的差异，提高社会资源和服务的利用，为儿童康复工作者制定个性康复目标与计划提供支持，减少不良健康结局的发生。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the current situation of family health of children with special health care needs in China, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on caregivers of children aged 0-6 years old. (1) To explore the adaptability of CYSHCN to existing psychosocial screening tools and interventions based on modern psychometrics to develop effective rehabilitation intervention strategies and promote evidence-based interventions and strategies to support psychosocial development, parenting capacity and family resilience in CYSHCN. (2) According to the questionnaire survey of parents, the potential differences in the health status of CYSHCN families were analyzed from social influencing factors such as children's developmental needs, parenting ability, family and environmental factors. (3) Through this study, we should strengthen publicity and education in related fields such as child health care and education, reduce the differences between CYSHCN and their families, improve the utilization of social resources and services, and provide support for child rehabilitation workers to formulate individualized rehabilitation goals and plans, so as to reduce the occurrence of adverse health outcomes.

①儿童年龄0-6岁儿童； ②家长为儿童父母或居住在一起的主要照顾者，且家长状态清晰，能配合完成问卷内容； ③其家属知情并签署了知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Children aged 0-6 years old; (2) The parent is the child's parent or the main caregiver living together, and the parent's status is clear and can cooperate in completing the questionnaire; and (3) their family members were informed and signed the informed consent form.
