研究目的：

1.深入探讨影响妊娠期妇女体重增长的行为因素，综合运用循证医学方法开发“妊娠期妇女体重管理行为预测量表”,作为妊娠期糖尿病高危人群的筛查工具，有针对性地开展高危人群健康管理； 2.采用统计分析及数学方法构建“妊娠期妇女体重管理行为模型”，明确影响妊娠期妇女体重相关行为的预测性指标，形成关键控制点，为制定妊娠期妇女体重管理措施及血糖防控措施提供理论依据。 3.采用随机对照试验验证备孕期开展体重行为管理对OGTT及妊娠过程的影响，为优生优育工作提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explorate the behavioral factors affecting weight gain in pregnant women, and comprehensive application of evidence-based medicine methods to develop the "Pregnant Women's Weight Management Behavior Prediction Scale", as a screening tool for high-risk groups of diabetes in pregnancy, targeted health management for high-risk groups; 2. To construct a "weight management behavior model for pregnant women" by statistical analysis and mathematical methods and to clarify the predictive indicators that affect weight related behavior in pregnant women, and provide theoretical basis for formulating weight management measures and blood glucose prevention and control measures for pregnant women. 3. Using a randomized controlled trial to verify the impact of weight behavior management during the preconception period on OGTT and pregnancy process, and to provide a basis for eugenics and fertility work.

纳入标准：

①入组时未怀孕，处在备孕状态； ②初次妊娠； ③知情同意并按照要求完成随访； ④妊娠期的病历可获取。

Inclusion criteria

① Not pregnant at the time of enrollment, in a state of preparing for pregnancy; ② First pregnancy; ③ Informed consent and completion of follow-up as required; ④ Medical records during pregnancy can be obtained.

排除标准：

①经产妇； ②干预时间不足3月； ③不能完成随诊或资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

① Postpartum women; ② Intervention time is less than 3 months; ③ Unable to complete follow-up or incomplete data.

In SPSS, the researchers can randomly divide 404 study subjects into two groups through the following steps: 1. Import data and number it: First, create a new variable in the "Variable View" of SPSS, for example named "Population Number", and number each study subject in the "Data View" from 1 to 404. 2. Generate random numbers: Open the "Convert" menu and select "Random Number Generator". In the "Random Number Generator" window, select "Set Starting Point" and enter a fixed value to ensure the repeatability of the random number. In the "Calculate Variables" window, create a new variable named "Random Number", select the "Rv. Uniform" function, and set the range of the random number. 3. Sorting and Grouping: Sort the generated random numbers to ensure that each number corresponds to a random number. Use the "Select Case" function in the "Data" menu, select "Random Case Sample", set the grouping method to "Precise", and enter the number of groups (2 groups), with 202 samples per group.
