研究目的：

脓毒症时，中性粒细胞来源EVs及NETs的表达均显著改变，但对脓毒症发生的预测价值及对患者预后的预警作用尚未阐明，通过分析这些指标与脓毒症SOFA、28 d死亡率等指标的相关性或许能够筛选出脓毒症早期诊断的标志物，且为脓毒症多脏器功能损伤提供预警与预后评估指标，从而可尽早的开展相应的防护、功能支持与修复治疗，为改善脓毒症预后提供实验基础和科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

During sepsis, the expression of neutrophil derived EVs and NETs is significantly altered, but their predictive value for sepsis occurrence and warning effect on patient prognosis have not been elucidated. By analyzing the correlation between these indicators and sepsis SOFA, 28 day mortality rate, and other indicators, early diagnostic markers for sepsis may be screened, and warning and prognostic evaluation indicators for multiple organ dysfunction in sepsis may be provided. Therefore, corresponding protective, functional support, and repair treatments can be carried out as early as possible, providing experimental basis and scientific basis for improving sepsis prognosis.

纳入标准：

随机纳入南京鼓楼医院麻醉科重症监护室以及重症医学科内收治的患者，进入时间不足24小时，年龄>18岁，体重>20 kg。本人或家属知情同意参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Randomly enrolled patients admitted to the intensive care unit of the anesthesia department and the intensive care medicine department of Nanjing Drum tower Hospital. Individuals who have entered for less than 24 hours, are over 18 years old, and weigh over 20 kg. Informed consent was obtained from the participating volunteers, patients or their representatives.

排除标准：

1）拒绝参与实验，不签知情同意书者； 2）患者处于失血性休克状态或者严重贫血； 3）发病前有严重的造血系统疾病； 4）严重精神病史等； 5）中途退出研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Refusing to participate in the experiment and not signing the informed consent form; 2) The patient is in a state of hemorrhagic shock or severe anemia; 3) Severe hematopoietic system diseases before onset; 4) Serious history of mental illness, etc; 5) Quitting the researcher midway.
