Objectives of Study：

Exploring the effects of different ventilation modes on PetCO2 and PaCO2 during long-term laparoscopic surgery in infants and young children

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：（1）年龄6个月至6岁。 (2)美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级I级。 (3)无其他严重器质性疾病。 (4)无心肺功能障碍。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 6 months to 6years. (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I. (3) No other severe organic diseases. (4) No cardiopulmonary dysfunction.

排除标准：

（1）近两周内近期有上呼吸道感染、哮喘病史或其他呼吸道疾病史。 (2)恶性肿瘤或严重肺功能障碍。 (3)先天性心脏病、先天性发育障碍或其他心功能不全者。 (4)有严重肝、肾疾病。 （5）体重指数（BMI）≥30。 （6）对右美托咪定过敏或近期使用过镇静药物。 (7)手术过程中手术流程变化复杂。 (8)父母拒绝。 (9)智力和认知水平异常。 （10）中途退出研究的。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Recent upper respiratory tract infection within the past two weeks, history of asthma, or other respiratory diseases. (2) Malignant tumors or severe pulmonary dysfunction. (3) Congenital heart disease, congenital developmental disorders, or other cardiac insufficiency. (4) Severe liver or kidney diseases. (5) Body mass index (BMI) >= 30. (6) Allergy to dexmedetomidine or recent use of sedative drugs. (7) Complex changes in the surgical procedure during the operation. (8) Parental refusal. (9) Abnormal intellectual and cognitive levels. (10) Withdrawal from the study mid-way.
