研究目的：

本研究通过对患有2型糖尿病的全麻手术患者围手术期传统血糖监测方法与动态血糖监测系统所监测的血糖值进行比对，探讨动态血糖监测系统对围手术期糖尿病患者血糖监测的准确性，并观察手术期间麻醉、创伤、应激等因素对患者血糖波动的影响，为动态血糖监测系统应用于围手术期糖尿病患者提供更有力的循证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the traditional blood glucose monitoring method and the blood glucose value monitored by the dynamic blood glucose monitoring system were compared for patients with type 2 diabetes undergoing general anesthesia surgery. The accuracy of blood glucose monitoring by the dynamic blood glucose monitoring system for patients with diabetes during the perioperative period was discussed, and the effects of anesthesia, trauma, stress and other factors on blood glucose fluctuation during the surgery were observed, providing more powerful evidence-based basis for the application of the dynamic blood glucose monitoring system for patients with diabetes during the perioperative period.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合2型糖尿病西医诊断标准；
2型糖尿病西医诊断标准参照1999年10月WHO专家咨询报告糖尿病诊断标准：
1.糖尿病症状+随机血浆葡萄糖水平糖≥200mg/dl（11.1mmol/L）或
2.空腹血浆葡萄糖（FPG）≥126mg/dl（7.0mmol/L）或
3.糖耐量实验（OGTT）中服糖后2小时血糖（2HPG）≥200mg/dl（11.1mmol/L）
糖尿病分型采用WHO（1999年）的分型体系，分型基础主要根据病因学依据，共分为4大类，即I型糖尿病，2型糖尿病，妊娠糖尿病，特殊类型糖尿病。
②接受全麻手术，手术选取：心胸外科手术、胃肠道肿瘤手术、妇科宫颈癌根治手术、泌尿系肿瘤手术—肾癌、肾上腺肿瘤、后腹膜肿瘤，普外科及泌尿外科的一般手术）；
③知情同意，志愿受试。

Inclusion criteria

①Meet the diagnostic criteria for western medicine for type 2 diabetes;
②Underwent general anesthesia surgery and selected surgery: cardiothoracic surgery, gastrointestinal tumor surgery, gynecological cervical cancer radical surgery, urinary tumor surgery-kidney cancer, adrenal tumor, retroperitoneal tumor, general surgery and general surgery of urology);
③Informed consent, volunteered to be tested.

排除标准：

①伴有糖尿病酮症或糖尿病高渗性昏迷的患者；
②休克患者；
③术中需行X线透视；
④已经加入其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with diabetic ketosis or diabetic hypertonic coma;
② shock patients;
③ X-ray perspective is required during the operation;
④ Already joined other clinical trials.
