研究目的：

本课题拟采用多中心前瞻性真实世界研究的方法，对RICU内ARDS患者的发病率、分级、高危因素、呼吸支持策略、住院病死率、3个月病死率、6个月病死率、1年病死率和生活质量、肺功能和肢体功能恢复情况、认知功能、返岗等情况进行摸底性研究，通过收集1000例患者，建立中国ARDS相关的临床数据库，为ARDS患者规范化诊治技术的推广及进一步的临床干预研究提供基础数据和思路。同时在中日医院和湘雅医院建立ARDS生物样本库，实现临床数据和样本资源的融合，并利用大数据和AI技术，建立结核临床数据和生物样本的ARDS生存和并发症预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

This study plans to adopt a multi-center prospective real-world research method to investigate the incidence, classification, risk factors, respiratory support strategies, in-hospital mortality, 3-month mortality, 6-month mortality, 1-year mortality, quality of life, lung function and limb function recovery, cognitive function, return-to-work status, and other aspects of ARDS patients in the RICU. By collecting data from 1000 patients, a clinical database related to ARDS in China will be established, providing fundamental data and insights for the standardized diagnosis and treatment of ARDS patients and further clinical intervention research. Simultaneously, ARDS biobanks will be established at Zhongda Hospital and Xiangya Hospital to integrate clinical data and sample resources. By leveraging big data and AI technology, a predictive model for ARDS survival and complications based on clinical data and biological samples will be developed.

The ownership of the database and database platform established for this project belongs to all participating research units, and it is specifically stored at the China-Japan Friendship Hospital.
