研究目的:

(1)面向高疾病负担的慢行非传染性疾病有效防控的需求,总结儿童口腔健康教育内容和专家经验,构建标准化的椅旁儿童口腔健康教育处方; (2)基于专家经验和公开高质量语料库构建儿童口腔医学知识图谱,对先进中文大语言模型进行垂直领域的微调,实现基于人工智能的儿童口腔健康教育个性化处方的开发; (3)评价人工智能口腔健康教育处方服务于儿童龋病综合管理过程的效果。应用对儿童家长的口腔健康知识、态度和行为的改善和提升,等同于或优于与传统口腔健康教育处方应用和儿童龋病综合管理。评估患儿家属对应用AI口腔健康教育处方的满意度;通过建模评估医务人员应用AI口腔健康教育处方的效果及卫生经济学评价,探索在北京地区推广应用的方案。  

Objectives of Study:

(1)In response to the demand for effective prevention and control of chronic non-communicable diseases with high disease burden, summarize the content of children's oral health education and expert experience, and construct a standardized chair-side children's oral health education prescription. (2)Based on expert experience and a high-quality public corpus, construct a children's oral medical knowledge graph, fine-tune advanced Chinese large language models in the vertical field, and develop personalized prescriptions for children's oral health education based on artificial intelligence. (3)Evaluate the effectiveness of artificial intelligence-based oral health education prescriptions in the comprehensive management process of children's dental caries. Apply improvements and enhancements in oral health knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of children's parents, which are equivalent to or better than traditional oral health education prescriptions and comprehensive management of children's dental caries. Assess the satisfaction of children's family members with the application of AI-based oral health education prescriptions; through modeling, evaluate the effectiveness of medical personnel in applying AI-based oral health education prescriptions and conduct a health economics evaluation, exploring a plan for promotion and application in the Beijing area.

纳入标准:

1)3-6岁以儿童,只要在任何一颗乳牙上出现一个或一个以上的龋(无论是否成为龋洞)、失(因龋所致)、补牙面者。 2)父母之一的家长陪同就诊,且同意参加项目研究。 3)能够完成3个月和12个月的临床随访与问卷调查。 4)身体健康,无其他全身疾病。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children aged 3-6 years with dental caries who visit our department or are recruited from local kindergartens and meet one of the following criteria for caries: a. Children 3-6 years old, as long as there is one or more caries (whether or not it becomes a cavity), loss (due to caries), or filled surfaces on any primary tooth ; 2. One of the parents accompanies the child for the visit and agrees to participate in the project research. 3. Capable of completing follow-ups at 3 months and 12 months. 4. In good health, with no other systemic diseases.

排除标准:

1)口内无龋坏,预防治疗的患儿; 2)非父母之一陪同就诊的患儿; 3)家长不能或不同意完成项目研究和随访; 4)有全身基础疾病的患儿。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Children with no dental caries in the mouth who are receiving preventive treatment. 2. Children who are not accompanied by one of their parents for the visit. 3. Parents who cannot or do not agree to complete the project research and follow-up. 4. Children with underlying systemic diseases.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

临床数据管理使用北京大学六元空间临床数据库服务进行临床试验的全程数据管理。使用数据库建立电子化CRF表设立电子数据库,患者信息、治疗方案及口腔检查结果、问卷调研结果等由研究单位人员进行录入。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Clinical data management is conducted using the Peking University Liuyuan Space Clinical Database Service for the full process of clinical trial data management. An electronic CRF (Case Report Form) is established using the database to create an electronic database. Patient information, treatment plans, oral examination results, and questionnaire survey results are entered by personnel from the research unit
