To evaluate the feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary effects of mindfulness meditation on improving psychological, spiritual well-being, mindfulness, emotion regulation, cognition, and health-related quality of life among cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, compared with self-management control group.  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the feasibility, acceptability, and preliminary effects of mindfulness meditation on improving psychological, spiritual well-being, mindfulness, emotion regulation, cognition, and health-related quality of life among cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, compared with self-management control group.

纳入标准：

1. Aged 18 years or above 2. Diagnosed with cancer confirmed by pathology, with no other cancer diagnosis within the previous year 3. Undergoing chemotherapy 4. Able to communicate in Cantonese or Mandarin 5. Being conscious and alert

Inclusion criteria
