研究目的：

拟开展1200例后颅窝肿瘤患者的回顾性研究，旨在进一步明确后颅窝肿瘤术后脑积水的疾病特征与危险因素，为合理规范化诊疗提供循证医学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

A retrospective study of 1200 patients with posterior cranial fossa tumor is planned to further clarify the disease characteristics and risk factors of hydrocephalus after posterior cranial fossa tumor surgery, and provide evidence-based medical basis for rational and standardized diagnosis and treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄18－90岁（包括18周岁和90周岁），男女不限； 2) 颅脑CT或MRI发现后颅窝肿瘤并于我院行肿瘤手术治疗； 3) 术前和术后1月内有肿瘤及脑积水MRI或CT影像资料。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age 18-90 years old (including 18 years old and 90 years old), male or female; 2) Craniocerebral CT or MRI found posterior fossa tumor and received surgical treatment in our hospital; 3) MRI or CT images of tumor and hydrocephalus were found before and 1 month after surgery.

排除标准：

1) 病例数据不完整； 2) 既往有脑卒中、脑外伤、脑肿瘤； 3) 随访期间未完成MRI或CT影像检查；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Incomplete case data; 2) Previous stroke, traumatic brain injury, or brain tumor; 3) MRI or CT imaging was not completed during follow-up;
