研究目的:

(1)通过前期老年人营养与认知队列研究积累数据信息,分析老年人血脂异常的危险因素,利用因子分析中的主成分提取法初步构建降低老年人高脂血症发生风险合理膳食模式;结合德尔菲法专家咨询意见;充分考虑地域饮食文化、习惯,老年人生理及饮食特点,疾病危险因素构建适合天津老年人特点的降低高脂血症发生风险的膳食模式; (2)通过与社区老年食堂合作,采用随机对照干预试验探讨新构建的降低高脂血症发生风险膳食模式在社区老年人中的干预效果,验证新构建的降低高脂血症发生风险膳食模式在预防老年人心血管事件风险中的健康效应。  

Objectives of Study:

(1) To analyze the risk factors of dyslipidemia in the elderly based on the accumulated data of the previous Nutrition and Cognition cohort study, and to preliminarily construct a reasonable dietary pattern to reduce the risk of hyperlipidemia in the elderly using the principal component extraction method in factor analysis. Combined with Delphi expert advice; To establish a dietary pattern suitable for the elderly in Tianjin to reduce the risk of hyperlipidemia by fully considering regional dietary culture and habits, physiological and dietary characteristics of the elderly, and disease risk factors; (2) To explore the intervention effect of the newly constructed dietary pattern to reduce the risk of hyperlipidemia in the elderly in the community, and to verify the health effect of the newly constructed dietary pattern to reduce the risk of hyperlipidemia in preventing the risk of cardiovascular events in the elderly by using randomized controlled intervention trials.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

(1)年龄60~75岁,天津市常住居民; (2)血脂边缘升高,满足以下条件之一: ①5.2mmol/L≤TC<7.2mmol/L; ②3.4mmol/L≤LDL-C<4.9mmol/L; ③1.7mmol/L≤TG<2.3mmol/L; ④HDL-C<1.0mmol/L; (3)同意参加该项研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.aged 60-75 years old, permanent residents of Tianjin; 2. with borderline elevated lipids, meeting one of the following conditions: (1) 5.2 mmol/L ≤ TC < 7.2 mmol/L; (2) 3.4 mmol/L ≤ LDL-C < 4.9 mmol/L; (3) 1.7 mmol/L ≤ TG < 2.3 mmol/L; (4) HDL-C < 1.0 mmol/L ; 3. Agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准:

(1)确诊为痴呆患者; (2)确诊肿瘤或精神疾病(例如:抑郁、躁狂、焦虑、精神分裂等); (3)甲状腺或肝肾功能异常; (4)患有活动性癫痫或严重听知觉障碍难以配合调查者。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Patients diagnosed with dementia; (2) Diagnosis of tumor or psychiatric disease (e.g., depression, mania, anxiety, schizophrenia, etc.); (3) Abnormal thyroid or liver and kidney function; (4) Those with active epilepsy or severe auditory impairment who are difficult to cooperate with the investigation.
