研究目的：

探索VExUS评分系统作为安全性指标指导脓毒症液体复苏治疗的可行性  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of the current study is to explore the ability of the VExUS score and its individual Doppler waveforms as safety limits during fluid resuscitation in sepsis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18岁或以上； 2.脓毒性低血压或脓毒性休克需要液体复苏的患者； 3.留置颈内或锁骨下中心静脉导管； 4.预计ICU住院时间大于48小时。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 18 years or older; 2.Patients with sepsis-induced hypotension or septic shock who require fluid resuscitation; 3.An indwelling central venous catheter placed via the internal jugular or subclavian vein; 4. A predicted ICU stay longer than 48h.

排除标准：

1.肾血管狭窄、肝硬化或门静脉高压病史； 2.接受机械循环支持如主动脉内球囊反搏、体外膜肺氧合； 3.入组前静脉输液>2升； 4.心包积液、肺栓塞或各种原因导致的肺高压； 5.因体位、皮肤损伤等因素不能行超声检查； 6.孕妇

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of renovascular stenosis, liver cirrhosis or portal hypertension; 2.Patients receiving mechanical circulatory support such as lABP, ECMO; 3.Patients with an infusion of >2L of IV fluid before enrollment; 4.Pericardial effusion,pulmonary embolism or pulmonary hypertension from all causes; 5.Patients who cannot undergo ultrasound examination due to factors such as positioning, skin lesions; 6.Pregnancy.
