研究目的：

本研究旨在通过回顾性的研究，比较胫骨干骨折的患者，在进行切开复位髓内钉内固定时，在髓内钉进针点处取骨植骨与不植骨两种手术方式在骨折愈合时间、手术时间、二次动力化手术率及功能恢复等方面是否存在差异，为临床上手术方式的选择提供询证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to conduct a retrospective study to compare whether there are any differences in fracture healing time, operation time, secondary dynamic operation rate and functional recovery between using a circular saw to extract bone at the insertion point of the intramedullary nails and graft bone at the fractured ends and no bone grafting in patients with tibial shaft fracture during open reduction and intramedullary nail fixation, and to provide evidence-based medical evidence for the selection of clinical surgical methods.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、第一诊断为胫骨骨折（S82.200），胫腓骨干骨折（S82.201），胫腓骨闭合性骨折（S82.203） 2、手术为胫骨骨折切开复位髓内钉内固定（79.3600x015）

Inclusion criteria

(1) the first diagnosis was tibial fracture (S82.200), tibiofibular shaft fracture (S82.201), tibiofibular closed fracture (S82.203); (2) the operation was open reduction and intramedullary nail fixation of tibial fracture (ICD10: 79.3600×015);

排除标准：

1、合并其它部位骨折 2、开放性骨折 3、研究过程中要求退出的

Exclusion criteria：

(1) concomitant presence of fractures in other parts; (2) open fractures; (3) cases with incomplete follow-up.
