研究目的：

本研究通过超声测定颈动脉内斑块性质及颈动脉斑块Crouse积分、颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度，分析上述指标与CHD患者冠状动脉病变严重程度及病变斑块性质的相关性，旨在为临床治疗提供更多参考。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the properties of carotid plaque, carotid plaque Crouse score and carotid intium-media thickness were measured by ultrasound, and the correlation between the above indicators and the severity of coronary artery lesions and the properties of pathological plaques in CHD patients was analyzed, aiming to provide more references for clinical treatment.

纳入标准：

符合中华医学会心血管病学分会发布的《稳定性冠心病诊断与治疗指南》（2018）中的SAP诊断标准。

Inclusion criteria

It meets the SAP diagnostic criteria in the Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Stable Coronary Heart Disease (2018) issued by the Chinese Society of Cardiology.

排除标准：

1、急性冠脉综合征； 2、严重感染性疾病； 3、血液系统疾病； 4、血肌酐＞267μmol/L或存在肾衰竭； 5、患有免疫系统疾病； 6、合并有恶性肿瘤； 7、妊娠患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute coronary syndrome; 2. Serious infectious diseases; 3. Blood system diseases; 4. Serum creatinine > 267μmol/L or renal failure; 5. suffering from immune system diseases; 6. Combined with malignant tumor; 7. Pregnant patients.
