研究目的：

评估胃液pH值与ICU患者胃肠功能的关系。 探讨胃液pH值对ICU患者预后的影响。 识别胃液pH值作为危重症患者胃肠功能和预后评估指标的潜在应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the relationship between gastric juice pH value and gastrointestinal function in ICU patients. Explore the impact of gastric juice pH value on the prognosis of ICU patients. Identify the potential application value of gastric juice pH value as an assessment indicator for gastrointestinal function and prognosis in critically ill patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥18岁 入住ICU的重症患者 抑酸治疗超过48小时并予以胃管治疗

Inclusion criteria

Age ≥ 18 years Admitted to the ICU with severe illness Received proton pump inhibitor (PPI) therapy for more than 48 hours and had a nasogastric tube (NG tube) inserted

排除标准：

既往有胃肠道疾病、胃肠道手术史、对质子泵抑制剂过敏或不耐受、病程中不使用胃管的、使用其他影响胃液pH值的药物、患者或家属拒绝参与研究。

Exclusion criteria：

History of gastrointestinal diseases, history of gastrointestinal surgery, allergy or intolerance to proton pump inhibitors, patients who do not use a gastric tube during the course of the disease, use of other medications that affect gastric pH, or refusal of the patient or family to participate in the study
