研究目的：

1、探讨头面部带状疱疹继发颅内感染患者头颅MRI中EPVS与颅内感染的相关性。 2、明确胶质淋巴系统在头面部带状疱疹继发颅内感染中的作用及与颅内感染预后的相关性。 3、从EPVS角度分析中枢性头痛与外周性头痛的区别，探讨胶质淋巴系统在中枢性头痛中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the correlation between EPVS and intracranial infection in head MRI of patients with intracranial infection caused by varicella zoster virus on the head and facial area. 2. To investigate the role of glymphatic system in intracranial infection caused by varicella zoster virus on the head and facial area and its correlation with prognosis of intracranial infection. 3. To analyze the difference between central headache and peripheral headache from the perspective of EPVS, and to explore the role of glymphatic system in central headache.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18周岁； ②存在带状疱疹感染，伴或不伴颅内感染； a.疱疹位于头面部，伴颅内感染（仅入组头面部带状疱疹伴颅内感染组） b.疱疹位于头面部，无颅内感染（仅入组头面部带状疱疹无颅内感染组） c.疱疹位于除头面部外的其他部位，无颅内感染（仅入组非头面部带状疱疹无颅内感染组） ③在本院完成头颅MRI检查； ④完成头颅MRI时间与疱疹发作时间≤30天。 注:体检组的纳入标准只参考第①③条；

Inclusion criteria

① Age ≥18 years old; ② Varicella zoster virus infection with or without intracranial infection; a. Varicella zoster rash on the head and facial area with intracranial infection (only included in the group of head and facial zoster with intracranial infection) b. Varicella zoster rash on the head and facial area without intracranial infection (only in the group of head and facial herpes zoster without intracranial infection) c. Herpes is located in other areas except the head and face, without intracranial infection (only in the group of non-head and facial herpes zoster without intracranial infection) ③ Head MRI examination was completed in our hospital; ④ The time of completion of head MRI and the time of herpes outbreak ≤30 days. Note: The inclusion criteria of the physical examination group refer only to Article ① and ③;

排除标准：

①其他类型脑炎患者，包括细菌性脑膜炎、结核性脑膜炎、自身免疫性脑炎等； ②合并可能影响在MRI上准确评估EPVS的疾病，包括严重脑积水、蛛网膜下腔出血、颅内占位、慢性偏头痛、癫痫、代谢性脑病、阿尔兹海默症、帕金森病、中枢神经系统严重脱髓鞘等相关疾病史的患者； ③既往有重大头部外伤以及任何颅内手术病史。 注:凡是符合上面任何一项者则予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with other types of encephalitis, including bacterial meningitis, tuberculous meningitis, autoimmune encephalitis, etc. ② Patients with a history of severe hydrocephalus, subarachnoid hemorrhage, intracranial space occupation, chronic migraine, epilepsy, metabolic encephalopathy, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, severe demyelination of the central nervous system and other related diseases that may affect the accurate evaluation of EPVS on MRI; ③ History of major head trauma and any intracranial surgery. Note: Those who meet any of the above criteria are excluded.
