研究目的:

实现烈性呼吸道传染病防控培训内容的可视化,弥补传统教学培训方式的不足、丰富教学手段、实现寓教于乐,提高医务人员在培训过程中的学习体验和满意度,并提高医务人员个人防护的能力,满足疫情防控常态化培训的需求。  

Objectives of Study:

Visualization of the content of training on the prevention and control of severe respiratory infectious diseases was realized to make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching and training methods, enrich teaching methods, combine teaching with entertainment, improve the learning experience and satisfaction of medical personnel in the training process, improve their personal protection ability, and meet the needs of regular training on epidemic prevention and control.

纳入标准:

平台可用性评估部分:1.取得卫生从业资格证书;2.参与过对烈性呼吸道传染病医务人员的救治工作或省卫生健康委员会统一举办的烈性呼吸道传染病疫情防控系统培训的医务人员;3.愿意参加本研究。 现象学研究::完成可用性测试并自愿参与本研究的医务人员。 平台应用部分:1.取得卫生从业资格证书;2.即将支援发热门诊的医务人员;3.愿意参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

The usability evaluation part of the platform: 1. Obtain the health qualification certificate, 2. Medical personnel who have participated in the treatment of medical personnel with severe respiratory infectious diseases or the training of the epidemic prevention and control system for severe respiratory infectious diseases organized by the Provincial Health Commission, and 3. Willing to participate in this study. Phenomenological Study: Medical personnel who have completed usability testing and volunteered to participate in this study. Platform application part: 1. Obtain the health practitioner qualification certificate, 2. Medical staff who will support the fever clinic, 3. Willing to participate in this study.

1.第1~2天 对照组:对照组使用研究团队结合国家卫健委发布的穿脱防护用品流程拍摄的视频进行自主学习,并发放《医疗机构内新型冠状病毒感染预防与控制技术指南(第三版)》、《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎防控中常见医用防护用品使用范围指引(试行)》、《医务人员手卫生规范》、《医院隔离技术规范》、《内科护理学》、《基础护理学》等部分重点内容进行自主学习。 2.第3天 由同质化培训后的教师对两组参训医务人员集中进行穿、脱PPE资料解读和操作分步演练3学时(1学时=40分钟);通过同伴互助练习,两两匹配,同伴间互相监督、协助;培训教师在旁观察,对于操作中的失误和不足提出指导意见,记录医务人员防护技能的练习次数。

Some key contents such as Technical Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Novel Coronavirus Infection in Medical Institutions (Third edition), Guidelines for the Use of Common Medical Protective Equipment in the Prevention and Control of Pneumonia caused by Novel Coronavirus Infection (Trial), Norms for Hand Hygiene of Medical Personnel, Technical Norms for Hospital Isolation, Internal Medicine Nursing, and Basic Nursing were distributed for self-study. 2.Day 3 After homogenized training, the teachers focused on the interpretation of PPE data and operation of the two groups of medical personnel for 3 class hours (1 class hour =40 minutes); Through the practice of peer mutual aid, the pair matches, and the peers supervise and assist each other; The training teachers observed, gave guidance on the mistakes and deficiencies in the operation, and recorded the number of exercises of protective skills of medical personnel.
