研究目的：

评估患者围手术期血液和尿液中sC5b-9的浓度，以探究sC5b-9的浓度可否预测患者发生DGF的风险  

Objectives of Study：

Assess the concentration of sC5b-9 in the blood and urine of patients during the perioperative period to explore whether the concentration of sC5b-9 can predict the risk of developing Delayed Graft Function (DGF) in patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)首次肾移植患者； 2)供者类型是DCD和DBD。

Inclusion criteria

1)First-time renal transplant patients; 2)Donor types include Donation after Cardiac Death (DCD) and Donation after Brain Death (DBD).

排除标准：

1）术后有严重的手术相关并发症，或排斥反应导致移植物丢失或失功； 2）原发性肾脏无功能； 3）多器官移植患者； 4）活体供者的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1)Patients who experience severe surgery-related complications or graft loss or failure due to rejection after the operation; 2)Patients with primary non-function of the kidney; 3)Patients who have undergone multi-organ transplantation; 4)Patients who received a kidney from a living donor.
