研究目的:

精神疲劳是一种由长时间高强度认知活动引发的心理生物学状态,表现为主观上的疲惫感和能量不足。已有研究表明,精神疲劳会显著影响运动员的反应时间、决策速度以及动作精度,导致运动表现的整体下降。然而,尽管精神疲劳对运动表现的负面影响已被广泛研究,但其生物力学机制尚未得到充分揭示,尤其是在不同运动任务中的表现差异更是缺乏系统性探讨,本项目旨在探讨精神疲劳对不同运动任务中下肢生物力学特征的影响,深入理解精神疲劳如何通过生物力学变化削弱运动表现并增加运动损伤风险。为优化运动训练和损伤预防策略提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study:

Mental fatigue is a psychobiological state triggered by prolonged, high-intensity cognitive activity that manifests itself in subjective feelings of exhaustion and low energy. It has been shown that mental fatigue significantly affects athletes' reaction time, decision-making speed, and movement accuracy, leading to an overall decrease in athletic performance. However, although the negative effects of mental fatigue on athletic performance have been widely studied, its biomechanical mechanisms have not been fully revealed, especially the differences in performance across different athletic tasks have not been systematically explored. The aim of this project is to investigate the effects of mental fatigue on the biomechanical characteristics of the lower limb in different athletic tasks, and to gain a deeper understanding of how mental fatigue impairs performance and increases the risk of athletic injury through biomechanical changes. Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.年龄和性别:年龄在18-25岁之间的男性; 2. 运动背景:热爱球类运动(篮球、足球、排球等),每周至少运动3次; 3.健康状况: 过去一年无严重头部或下肢损伤; 4.近三个月无急性下肢损伤; 5. 无心肺疾病; 无睡眠紊乱; 无心理和精神疾病。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age and gender: males between the ages of 18-25;
2.Sports background: love ball games (basketball, football, volleyball, etc.) and exercise at least 3 times a week;
3.Health status: No serious head or lower limb injuries in the past year;
4.No acute lower extremity injuries in the last three months;
5.No cardiopulmonary diseases;
6.No sleep disorders;
7.No psychological or psychiatric disorders.

排除标准:

1.心脏病等重大疾病; 2.有先天性足、踝关节、 膝关节、骨盆、脊柱畸形; 3.正在参与某项其他实验; 4.任何可能妨碍运动正常参与的情况; 5.无法参加正常活动; 6.色盲或色弱患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Major medical conditions such as heart disease; 2.Congenital deformities of the foot, ankle, knee, pelvis, or spine; 3.Participation in some other experiment; 4.Any condition that may prevent normal participation in sports; 5.Inability to participate in normal activities; 6.Color blindness or color weakness.
