研究目的：

本研究的目的主要是探讨WMT对患者免疫功能的临床疗效及安全性、探讨WMT的对不同中医体质患者疗效差异、探讨WMT通过调节肠道菌群对患者免疫功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of WMT on patients' immune function, to explore the difference in the efficacy of WMT on patients with different TCM constitutions, and to explore the effect of WMT on patients' immune function by regulating intestinal microbiota.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄:18岁≤患者年龄≤75岁； 2.性别：性别不限 3.在我院首次行 WMT 治疗且至少完成两个WMT疗程的患者； 4.了解本次研究目的并自愿参与本次研究； 5.WMT治疗期间未服用抗生素、免疫抑制剂等药物。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age: 18 years old≤ patient age≤ 75 years old; (2) Gender: Gender is not limited (3) Patients who have undergone WMT treatment for the first time in our hospital and have completed at least two courses of WMT treatment; (4) Understand the purpose of this study and voluntarily participate in this study; (5) No antibiotics, immunosuppressants and other drugs were taken during WMT treatment.

排除标准：

1.言语表达异常，生活不能自理者； 2.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 3.依从性较差,不配合临床治疗方案者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who have abnormal speech expression and cannot take care of themselves; (2) pregnant or lactating women; (3) Those who have poor compliance and do not cooperate with the clinical treatment plan.
