研究目的：

通过问卷调查与危险因素的筛查对牙隐裂的高危人群进行数字化指导下的咬合干预，最终建立牙隐裂预防标准规范。  

Objectives of Study：

Through questionnaire survey and screening of risk factors, the occlusal intervention under digital guidance was carried out for the high-risk groups of tooth cracks, and finally the standard specifications for the prevention of tooth cracks were established.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.签署知情同意书； 2.年龄在18到70岁之间； 3.试验组符合牙隐裂诊断标准； 4.对照组口内无牙隐裂，无因牙隐裂拔牙史，全身状况良好。

Inclusion criteria

1. Signing an informed consent form; 2. Age between 18 and 70 years old; 3.The experimental group with certain diagnostic criteria of cracked teeth; 4.The control group had no cracked teeth in the mouth, no history of tooth extraction due to cracked teeth, and the systemic condition is good.

排除标准：

1.患者不能给予同意； 2.诊断为牙隐裂但患牙已无保留价值需要拔除的患牙； 3.面部创伤史； 4.正畸治疗史； 5.心理障碍或精神疾病； 6.患者依从性差，无法按时复诊； 7.已于外院行初步治疗转诊的牙隐裂（只进行调查问卷不进行临床危险因素评估）； 8.未确认有裂纹的牙齿、根管治疗过的牙齿和诊断为垂直根裂或裂纹线的牙齿； 9.参与研究的计划制定及执行者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient disagrees; 2. A tooth that has been diagnosed as a cracked tooth but has no retained value and needs to be extracted; 3. History of facial trauma; 4. History of orthodontic treatment; 5. Psychological disorder or psychiatric illness; 6. The patient had poor compliance and was unable to follow up on time; 7. Cracked teeth referred for initial treatment in an outside hospital (questionnaire only without clinical risk factor assessment); 8. Teeth with unconfirmed cracks, teeth with root canal treatment, and teeth diagnosed with vertical root cracks or with crack lines; 9. Participate in the development and implementation of the plan.
