研究目的：

检测PD患者小脑GABA和GLX水平，评估PD患者小脑兴奋/抑制平衡状态，评估PD患者认知损害与小脑GABA水平的相关性  

Objectives of Study：

Detect the level of GABA and GLX in the cerebellum of Parkinson's disease (PD) patients, assess the excitation/inhibition balance state of the cerebellum in PD patients, and evaluate the correlation between cognitive impairment in PD patients and cerebellar GABA level.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①40~85 岁，男女不限； ②符合中国帕金森病的诊断标准（2016 版）的原发性帕金森病； ③同意并签署参与本研究的知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Ages between 40 and 85, both genders are welcome. ② Primary Parkinson's disease that meets the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease in China (2016 edition). ③ Consent and sign the informed consent form to participate in this study.

排除标准：

①心电起搏器植入者，使用各种金属器具不能去除者，术后体内留有金属夹子者，幽闭综合征等不能进行MRI检查者； ②酒精或药物滥用史。

Exclusion criteria：

① Pacemaker implantees, individuals who cannot remove various metal devices, those with metal clips left in the body post-surgery, and those with claustrophobia or other conditions that prevent MRI examination; ② History of alcohol or drug abuse.
