研究目的：

1）将操作简便、可操作性强的定量评估腕关节本体感觉的方法应用于临床脑卒中患者； 2）寻找适合临床脑卒中患者的腕关节本体感觉训练内容，探明不同康复训练疗法的康复效果； 3）基于 EEG，分析本体感觉敏感脑区激活特征及脑功能连接，探讨脑卒中患者本体感觉康复机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1) The method of quantitative evaluation of proprioception of wrist joint, which is simple and operable, was applied to clinical stroke patients; 2) To find the proprioceptive training content of wrist joint suitable for clinical stroke patients, and to investigate the rehabilitation effects of different rehabilitation training therapies; 3) Based on EEG, the activation characteristics and functional connectivity of proprioceptive sensitive brain areas were analyzed to explore the proprioceptive rehabilitation mechanism of stroke patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合脑卒中的诊断标准，且通过头颅CT或MRI确诊； 2.首次发病，生命体征平稳，认知能力正常，交流能力正常； 3.病程3-6个月，处于恢复期，年龄 18-80岁； 4.单侧肢体功能障碍，腕关节可做主动屈伸运动，上肢主要肌群肌力3级及以上，上肢和手Brunnstrom分期Ⅲ期及以上； 5.患者及家属知情同意，并签署知情同意书，同时本研究经医院伦理学委员会审核批准。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke, and confirmed by head CT or MRI; 2. First onset, stable vital signs, normal cognitive ability, normal communication ability; 3. The course of the disease is 3-6 months, in the recovery period, age 18-80 years old; 4. Unilateral limb dysfunction, active flexion and extension of the wrist, grade 3 and above in the main muscle groups of the upper limb, Brunnstrom stage III and above in the upper limb and hand; 5. Patients and their families gave informed consent and signed informed consent. Meanwhile, this study was reviewed and approved by the hospital Ethics Committee.

排除标准：

1.既往存在运动功能障碍疾病者； 2.明显认知、语言或交流障碍不能理解并配合实验者； 3.腕关节活动度过小或肌肉张力过高，不能完成测评者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous motor dysfunction disease; 2. Obvious cognitive, language, or communication difficulties can not understand and cooperate with the experimenter; 3. The wrist joint movement is too small or the muscle tension is too high to complete the assessment.
