拟构建宫腔粘连的超声图像(经阴道二维超声、三维超声)AI辅助诊断模型,将AI技术应用于宫腔粘连的超声图像识别,旨在探讨 AI 技术对宫腔粘连超声图像的智能化检测水平及其对宫腔粘连诊断的临床应用价值,为宫腔粘连的高效检测和智能化诊断提供先进的辅助方法。此外,本研究拟构建宫腔粘连临床指标的AI辅助诊断模型及列线图预测模型,旨在探讨临床指标诊断宫腔粘连的价值,为临床宫腔粘连临床指标诊断提供参考依据。 |

Objectives of Study: |
It is proposed to construct an AI-assisted diagnostic model of ultrasound images (transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound) of uterine adhesion and apply AI technology to the ultrasound image recognition of uterine adhesion, aiming at exploring the level of intelligent detection of ultrasound images of uterine adhesion by AI technology and its value of clinical application in the diagnosis of intrauterine adhesion, and providing an advanced auxiliary method for the efficient detection and intelligent diagnosis of uterine adhesion. In addition, this study intends to construct an AI-assisted diagnostic model of clinical indicators of uterine adhesions and a column-line diagram prediction model, aiming to explore the value of clinical indicators in diagnosing intrauterine adhesion, and to provide a reference basis for the diagnosis of clinical indicators of uterine adhesions in the clinic. |

在2019年1月至2024年10月于我院行宫腔镜检查提示宫腔粘连(宫腔粘连组)或宫腔及内膜未见明显异常(正常宫腔组) 同期(宫腔镜检查前6个月内)于我院行经阴道二维超声检查和(或)三维超声检查 超声图像纳入指标:在PACS工作站保留有可提取的经阴道二维超声图像及详细的超声报告者;超声图像清晰,可见子宫内膜者(正常子宫内膜或宫腔粘连病灶) |

Inclusion criteria |
hysteroscopy performed at our hospital between January 2019 and October 2024 suggesting uterine adhesions (uterine adhesions group) or no obvious abnormality of the uterine cavity and endometrium (normal uterine cavity group) Transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasonography and/or three-dimensional ultrasonography performed in our hospital during the same period (within 6 months prior to the hysteroscopy). Ultrasound image inclusion index: those who have retained extractable transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound images and detailed ultrasound reports in the PACS workstation; those who have clear ultrasound images with visible endometrium (normal endometrium or uterine cavity adhesion lesions) |

排除标准: |
子宫畸形者;合并宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌者;合并子宫内膜息肉、黏膜下肌瘤、子宫内膜增厚、子宫内膜非典型病变等其他内膜病变者 半年内使用过激素药物者 检查时有宫内节育器者 合并内外科严重疾病,无法进行手术及麻醉者 排除其他原因导致的闭经、不孕、复发性流产 |

Exclusion criteria: |
Those with uterine abnormalities; those with cervical cancer and endometrial cancer; those with endometrial polyps, submucosal fibroids, endometrial thickening, atypical endometrial lesions and other endometrial lesions. Those who have used hormone drugs within six months Those who have intrauterine devices at the time of examination Combined with serious medical and surgical diseases, unable to perform surgery and anesthesia Excluding other causes of amenorrhea, infertility and recurrent miscarriage. |
