Objectives of Study：

To investigate the incidence and risk factors of dreaming during gastrointestinal endoscopy using propofol

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

在非插管全身麻醉下行胃肠镜检查患者； 年龄介于18岁~65岁； 美国麻醉医师协会分级 I～II级；

Inclusion criteria

undergoing painless gastrointestinal endoscopy using propofol Age 18-65 years old; ASA I~II

排除标准：

ASA III-IV级；严重的心、肺、肝或肾脏功能异常；精神异常、交流障碍或认知功能障碍；丙泊酚或芬太尼过敏；镇静药或阿片类药物成瘾者；30天内全身麻醉史；因肠道准备不充分无法行结肠镜检查；不同意参与研究

Exclusion criteria：

ASA III-IV; severe cardiac, pulmonary, liver or kidney disease; mental disease, communication disabled or cognitive dysfunction; allergy to propofol or fentanyl; addiction to sedatives or opiods; undergoing anesthesia within 30 days; failure of colonoscopy due to inadequate bowel preparation; refusion to participate.
