研究目的：

本项目旨在研究早期肠内营养治疗对老年心衰患者BNP、前白蛋白、白蛋白等心功能及营养状况指标变化情况，为老年心衰患者的综合治疗提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to study the changes of BNP, prealbumin, albumin and other cardiac function and nutritional status indicators in elderly patients with heart failure after early enteral nutrition therapy, to provide a basis for comprehensive treatment of elderly patients with heart failure.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>60岁； 2.符合《中国心力衰竭诊断和治疗指南2018》心力衰竭诊断标准； 3.营养风险筛查2002量表（NRS2002）评分≥3分； 4.患者自愿并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >60 years old;
2.Meet 《the diagnostic criteria of heart failure in China Heart Failure Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines 2018》;
3.Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 Scale (NRS2002) score ≥3 points;
4.The patient signed the informed consent voluntarily;

排除标准：

1.严重肝肾功能不全、精神障碍、恶性肿瘤及血液系统疾病； 2.入院前已接收营养治疗； 3.依从性差者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, mental disorders, malignant tumors and blood system diseases;
2.Received nutritional treatment before admission;
3.Patient compliance is poor;
