研究目的：

1. 构建遗传性结直肠癌患者肿瘤监测行为促进模式；2. 探讨该促进模式对遗传性结直肠癌患者肿瘤监测行为的作用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To construct a Cancer Surveillance Behavior Promotion Model for patients with hereditary colorectal cancer; 2. To explore the effectiveness of the Cancer Surveillance Behavior Promotion Model for patients with hereditary colorectal cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.确诊为林奇综合征或家族性腺瘤性息肉病（最常见的2种遗传性结直肠癌类型）； 2.已完成手术、放化疗等治疗，且诊断为遗传性结直肠癌1年及以上； 3.年龄>=18岁； 4.知情同意并自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Diagnosed with Lynch Syndrome(LS) or familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP), which are the 2 most common HCRC types; 2.Diagnosed with HCRC for one year or more, and have completed treatments such as surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3.Age>=18 years old; 4. Willing to participate in this study.

排除标准：

1.因精神疾病或意识障碍而不能配合答题的患者； 2.伴有其他严重的躯体疾病，无法接受常规监测项目的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are unable to cooperate with the answer due to mental illness or consciousness disorder; 2. Patients with other serious physical diseases that are unable to receive routine monitoring programs.
