研究目的：

1. 明确超重/肥胖合并子痫前期孕妇妊娠晚期肠道菌群特征、短链脂肪酸水平促进子痫前期的分层管理、精准防控。2.探究超重/肥胖合并子痫前期对母婴肠道菌群代际传递的影响，为改善围产结局、促进母婴健康提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Clarify the characteristics of gut microbiota and short chain fatty acid levels in late pregnancy of overweight/obese pregnant women with preeclampsia to promote stratified management and precise prevention and control of preeclampsia. 2. Explore the impact of overweight/obesity combined with preeclampsia on intergenerational transmission of gut microbiota between mother and infant, providing theoretical basis for improving perinatal outcomes and promoting maternal and infant health.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.孕晚期单活胎，经阴道顺娩；2.临床资料完整；采样依从性好；3.取样前 1 月未使用抗菌药物；采样前 2 周未服用益生菌制剂。

Inclusion criteria

1. Single live birth in late pregnancy, delivered vaginally; 2. Complete clinical data; Good sampling compliance; 3. No antibiotics were used in the month prior to sampling; Did not take probiotic preparations 2 weeks before sampling.

排除标准：

1.妊娠期糖尿病；2.入组近１个月内有腹泻或消化道慢性病史；3.取样前 1 月内合并感染;4.合并严重内外科疾病；5.多胎妊娠 存在以上任何一点即需排除

Exclusion criteria：

1. Gestational diabetes; 2. Within the past month of enrollment, there has been a history of diarrhea or chronic gastrointestinal diseases; 3. Co infection within one month prior to sampling; 4. Merge serious internal and external diseases; 5. If any of the above conditions exist in multiple pregnancies, they should be ruled out
