研究目的：

基于“清肝解郁、通腑行气”理论探讨柴芩承气汤加减，针灸联合中药贴敷的中医药多联合模式对重症急性胰腺炎的中医证候改善及相关指标的影响研究。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the theory of Clearing Liver and Relieving Depression, Clearing Fu-organs and Promoting Qi, we investigated the effects of multiple combination of Chai Qin Chengqi Tang with acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine on the improvement of Chinese medicine symptoms and related indicators in severe acute pancreatitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合 SAP 西医诊断标准的住院患者； （2）符合腑实热结证的中医诊断标准； （3）年龄 18～70 岁； （4）首次确诊 AP，发病时间不超过 48 小时； （5）器官功能障碍（参考改良 Marshall 评分＞2 分） （6）血钙小于 2mol/L（参考 Ranson 评分＞3 分）；

Inclusion criteria

1. Hospitalized patients who meet the western medical diagnostic criteria for SAP; 2. Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria for Visceral Solid-Heat Conjunction; 3. Aged 18-70 years old; 4. First diagnosis of AP, onset time not more than 48 hours; 5. Organ dysfunction (refer to the Improved Marshall Score > 2); 6. Blood calcium less than 2 mol/L (refer to the Ranson Score > 3);

排除标准：

1.由外伤、妊娠、药物、肿瘤、手术所致的 SAP 患者； （2）存在严重心、肝、肾脏器病变或血液、免疫系统疾病患者； （3）妊娠及哺乳期妇女； （4）对本研究涉及药物过敏患者； （5）治疗时间不足疗程(7 d)者； （6）因临床资料不全而无法判定疗效者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with SAP caused by trauma, pregnancy, medication, tumor, or surgery; 2. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney diseases or blood or immune system diseases; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Patients who are allergic to the medications involved in this study; 5. Patients with less than a course of treatment (7 d); 6. Patients who are unable to determine the efficacy of the treatment due to incomplete clinical data.

本研究使用经导尿管膀胱测压法，患者平卧，以耻骨联合作0为点，排空膀胱后，通过导尿管向膀胱内滴入100ml生理盐水，测得平衡时水柱的高度即为IAP。

In this study, transcatheter cystometry was used. The patient lay on his back and took symphysis pubis as the point. After emptying the bladder, 100ml normal saline was dripped into the bladder through the catheter. The height of water column at equilibrium was measured as IAP.
