该群组 RCT 是国内首个针对学龄前儿童的校本多成分健康促进干预的有效性评估。因此,“乐动慧玩”(HMPS)项目将有两个目标。首要目标是确定遵守 24 小时运动行为指南与学龄前儿童身体、认知和社会情感发展的关系。此外,次要目标是研究为期 8 周的校本多成分干预对学龄前儿童 24 小时运动行为、身体发育、执行功能和社会情感发育的有效性和可行性。以下是我们对这项研究的假设: 1)与不遵守24小时运动行为指南相比,遵守某些24小时运动行为指南组合(数量和类型)可能与幼儿的体能、认知和社交情感发展有更积极的关系;2)与对照组儿童相比,干预组儿童将更多地遵守24小时运动行为指南;3)与对照组儿童相比,预计干预组儿童在体能、认知和社交情感发展方面会有更显著的改善。 |

Objectives of Study: |
The cluster RCT is the first to evaluate the effectiveness of a school-based multicomponent health promotion intervention for preschoolers in China. Thus, the "Happy Move, Playing Smart" (HMPS) project will have two objectives. The primary objective is to determine how adherence to 24-h movement behavior guidelines is related to physical, cognitive, and social-emotional developmentamong preschoolers. Furthermore, the secondary objective is to examine the effectiveness and feasibility of an 8-week school-basedmulticomponent intervention on 24-hour movement behaviors, physical development, executive function, and social-emotionaldevelopment among preschoolers. The following are our hypotheses about this study: 1) Meeting some 24-hour movement behaviorguideline combinations (number of and type) may be more positively associated with young children’s physical, cognitive, and social-emotional development compared with meeting no guidelines; 2) Intervention group children will be adherence to meeting 24-hourmovement behaviors guideline more than comparison group children; 3) Children in the intervention group are expected to show moresignificant improvements in physical, cognitive and social-emotional development compared to children in the control group. |

A blinded randomization of the schools into the intervention or control group WAS performed using random numbers of the participants using the software SPSS (IBM Corp, Armonk, NY, USA) (version 27.0). Within each matched pair, the class assigned the higher random number WAS designated to the intervention group, while the other class was allocated to the control group. |
