研究目的：

比较超快速解冻与常规玻璃化解冻两种方法对临床妊娠率的影响，以优化胚胎解冻流程，提高辅助生殖技术的成功率  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the impact of Ultra-Fast warming and conventional vitrification warming on clinical pregnancy rates to optimize the embryo warming process and improve the success rate of assisted reproductive technology.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）进行囊胚解冻移植患者； （2）女性受试者年龄为28-42周岁； （3）夫妇双方采用自体生殖细胞进行辅助生殖。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients undergoing blastocyst thawing and transplantation; (2) Female participants aged 28-42 years old; (3) Both spouses use autologous germ cells for assisted reproduction.

排除标准：

（1）既往进行体外受精-胚胎移植或卵胞浆内单精子注射技术取卵周期次数≥3 而未达临床妊娠者； （2）根据研究者判断，不适合纳入者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Individuals who have undergone in vitro fertilization embryo transfer or intracytoplasmic sperm injection for at least 3 egg retrieval cycles but have not achieved clinical pregnancy; (2) According to the researcher's judgment, it is not suitable for inclusion.

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Participants will be randomly assigned to either the treatment group or the control group in a 1:1 ratio. A total of at least 192 participants will be enrolled in the study, with 96 participants allocated to each group. Participants will be assigned sequential numbers at the time of enrollment.

Blinding：

The study employs a single-blind method. Since the treatment methods in this trial include vitrification warming and Ultra-Fast warming, which have different operational procedures, a blind method is not set for the doctor who warms the embryos, while a blind method is applied to the rest of the researchers and subjects.
