构建音乐催眠干预方案，并通过分析音乐其对孕妇分娩恐惧、分娩效能、分娩控制感和其他临床指标的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To develop a music hypnosis intervention, and explore the effectiveness of the intervention on fear of childbirth, self-efficacy, sense of control and other obstetric outcomes.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

一胎孕妇；单活胎；入院计划阴道分娩者；孕周≥36周。

Inclusion criteria

Pregnant women with one child; single live fetus; Those who are admitted to the hospital and plan to give birth vaginally; The gestational age ≥ 36 weeks.

排除标准：

患有严重妊娠并发症；合并肿瘤或者合并其他器官功能障碍者；胎位不正；既往有精神病史、功能认知障碍及不愿意配合本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Have serious pregnancy complications; Patients with tumors or other organ dysfunction; Fetal malposition; Previous history of psychiatric illness, functional cognitive impairment and unwillingness to cooperate with this study.

临产后进行音乐催眠干预方案 1、启动放松：根据产妇的喜好选择触摸动作和肯定话语； 2、宫缩开始给予放松启动； 3、协助进行放松呼吸练习，分散注意力；引导产妇渐进放松； 4、指导家属抚摸和过程中正面鼓励孕妇，协助其改变舒适体位； 5、根据产程进展给予相应的催眠音乐，比如潜伏期阶段给予舒缓分娩，活跃期给予喜悦分娩的催眠音频。

Intervention：

music hypnosis intervention during labour: 1. Relaxation Initiation: Select touch gestures and affirming words based on the preferences of the labouring woman. 2. Relaxation Activation During Contractions: Provide relaxation cues at the onset of contractions. 3. Breathing and Distraction Techniques: Assist with relaxation breathing exercises and help divert attention; guide the woman through progressive relaxation. 4. Family Support: Instruct family members to offer gentle stroking and positive encouragement during the process, while assisting the woman in adopting a comfortable position. 5. Hypnotic Music Based on Labour Progress: Provide corresponding hypnotic music based on the stage of labour. For example, soothing childbirth music during the latent phase and joyful childbirth hypnosis audio during the active phase.
