研究目的：

（1）描述急诊科护士道德敏感性、道德困境和道德勇气现状并分析影响因素； （2）分析急诊科护士道德敏感性、道德困境和道德勇气之间的关系； （3）明确道德敏感性在急诊科护士道德困境和道德勇气之间的中介作用。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Describe the current situation of moral sensitivity, moral dilemma and moral courage of nurses in emergency department and analyze the influencing factors; (2) To analyze the relationship between moral sensitivity, moral dilemma and moral courage of nurses in emergency department; (3) To clarify the mediating role of moral sensitivity between moral dilemma and moral courage of emergency department nurses.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.急诊科工作年限≥1年者；
2.知情同意自愿参与并配合本研究者；
3.取得护士执业资格证书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Nurses who have worked in the emergency department for at least 1 year;
2.Nurses who consented to participate in and cooperate with the study;
3.Nurses who had obtained a certificate of nurse practice;

排除标准：

1.存在精神心理障碍者；
2.进修学习、转科学习及实习护士；
3.调查期间休假、请事假者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Nurses with mental and psychological disorders;
2.Further study, transfer study and practice nurse;
3.Nurses who took leave or personal leave during the survey period;
