研究目的：

在非低频下降型突聋患者的发病早期，联合给予鼓室注射糖皮质激素，观察是否能提高这部分患者的预后  

Objectives of Study：

In the early stage of non low-frequency descending ISSNHL patients, observing whether combined intratympanic injection of corticosteroids can improve the prognosis of the patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.72小时内发生的、至少在连续3个频率出现感音神经性听力下降≥30dB（参照2019年美国突聋指南）； 2.纯音测听显示为非低频下降型突聋； 3.从出现症状到开始治疗的时间不超过14天； 4.年龄18-70岁。

Inclusion criteria

1.A sensorineural hearing loss occurring within 72 hours,>= 30dB at least at three consecutive frequencies (according to the 2019 American guidelines for ISSNHL; 2.Pure tone audiometry shows that the type of hearing loss is non low-frequency decline; 3.The time from the onset of symptoms to the start of treatment shall not exceed 14 days; 4.Age range: 18-70 years old.

排除标准：

1.存在中耳炎、较严重的外耳道炎等耳部炎症性疾病； 2.鼓室图B型或C型； 3.先天性耳蜗畸形； 4.存在蜗后病变（如听神经瘤、听神经病、听神经传导通路存在梗塞灶）； 5.遗传性耳聋； 6.近期使用过耳毒性药物； 7.具有糖皮质激素全身使用禁忌的患者：胰岛素依赖型或控制不佳的糖尿病、结核、消化性溃疡、糖皮质激素过敏等； 8.其他：恶性肿瘤未治愈、妊娠、严重贫血、自身免疫病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.There are inflammatory diseases of the ear such as otitis media and severe otitis externa; 2.Acoustic impedance is of type B or C; 3.congenital cochlear malformation; 4.Existence of retrocochlear lesions (such as acoustic neuroma, auditory neuropathy, and infarction of the auditory nerve conduction pathway); 5.Genetic deafness; 6.Recently used ototoxic drugs; 7.Patients with contraindications to systemic use of glucocorticoids: insulin dependent or poorly controlled diabetes, tuberculosis, peptic ulcer, glucocorticoid allergy, etc; 8.Other: Untreated malignant tumors, pregnancy, severe anemia, autoimmune diseases.
