旨在观察手术历史性对比 DAs治疗对泌乳素细胞微腺瘤或非侵袭性大腺瘤的疗效及安全性研究  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the efficacy and safety of surgical treatment when compared with DAs in non-invasive prolactinoma

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①泌乳素细胞腺瘤诊断： 临床表现：女性主要表现为月经不调（月经稀发、月经淋漓不净、闭经等等）、溢乳、反复流产及不孕等等；男性泌乳素腺瘤主要表现为性欲减退、阳痿、男性乳腺发育、精子数目减少，甚至生殖器萎缩等；实验室检查:泌乳素水平一般大于150ng/ml；影像学检查:垂体增强 MRI 检查等； ②垂体增强 MRI 提示肿瘤边界清楚，微腺瘤或非侵袭性大腺瘤； ③年龄：15-80岁； ④性别：不限； ⑤Karnofsky(KPS)评分≥70； ⑥无反手术指证

Inclusion criteria

1.Diagnosis of prolactinoma: Clinical manifestations: the main manifestations of women are irregular menstruation (thin menstruation, irregular menstruation, amenorrhea, etc.), galactorrhea, repeated abortion and infertility, etc. The main manifestations of male prolactinoma are decreased libido, impotence, male mammary gland development, reduced sperm count, and even genital atrophy. Laboratory test: Prolactin level is generally greater than 150ng/ml; Imaging examination: pituitary enhanced MRI examination, etc; 2.The pituitary enhanced MRI showed clear tumor boundaries, microadenoma or non-invasive macroadenoma; 3.Age: 15-80 years old; 4.Gender: no limitation; 5.Karnofsky(KPS) scale >=70; 6.No counter-surgical evidence

排除标准：

①接受过伽马刀治疗的泌乳素细胞腺瘤患者； ②侵袭性泌乳素垂体腺瘤，即肿瘤侵袭了周围组织结构，例如海绵窦、蝶窦、筛窦和三脑室等；从影像学上来评价，主要表现是对海绵窦的侵袭和包绕，Knosp分级3级和4级； ③接受过除DAs其他针对泌乳素细胞腺瘤药物治疗的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with prolactinoma who have received gamma knife treatment; 2.Invasive prolactinoma: the tumor invades the surrounding tissue structures, such as the cavernous sinus, sphenoid sinus, sieve sinus, and triventricle; From the imaging evaluation, Knosp grade 3 and 4; 3.Patients who have been treated with drugs other than DAs targeting prolactinoma
