研究目的：

了解隐性唇裂患者上唇部位的超声检测特点，以及与唇部动态畸形的关系  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the imaging features of the upper lip in patients with microform cleft lip and their relationship with the dynamic deformity of the lip.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

病例组纳入标准： 1、诊断为隐性唇裂，且尚未进行手术修复。 2、年龄0-60岁，男女不限。 3、能够配合完成研究相关的影像学检查。 4、具备正常的沟通交流能力。 5、患者本人或者监护人同意参与本研究，并签署知情同意书。 对照组纳入标准： 1、正常人群,既往无唇鼻部外伤史或手术史。 2、唇部活动时无明显动态畸形。

Inclusion criteria

Case group inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with microform cleft lip and not yet repaired surgically. 2. Aged 0-60 years old, male or female. 3. Able to cooperate with the imaging examinations involved in the study. 4. Possess normal communication abilities. 5. The patient or guardian agrees to participate in this study and signs the informed consent form. Control group inclusion criteria: 1. Normal people with no history of trauma or surgery involving the lips or nose. 2. There is no obvious dynamic deformity during lip movement.

排除标准：

病例组排除标准： 1、既往已经接受过隐性唇裂相关的唇鼻部手术治疗。 2、除隐性唇裂之外存在其他影响唇、鼻部形态或功能的颅面畸形。 3、存在不适合接受超声或者核磁共振检查的禁忌症。 4、患者无法配合相关检查或者主动要求退出该研究。 对照组排除标准： 1、存在不适合接受超声或者核磁共振检查的禁忌症。 2、患者无法配合相关检查或者主动要求退出该研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Case group exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have previously received lip and nose surgery related to microform cleft lip. 2. Patients with other craniofacial deformities that affect the morphology or function of the lips and nose. 3. Patients with contraindications to ultrasound or MRI examinations. 4. Patients who cannot cooperate with relevant examinations or actively request to withdraw from the study. Control group exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with contraindications to ultrasound or MRI examinations. 2. Participants who cannot cooperate with relevant examinations or actively request to withdraw from the study.
