研究目的:

本研究的主要目的是针对正常人眼,对比普通眼底相机(RetiCam 3100)和眼底多光谱相机(自研,能够获得人眼底在 470nm, 550nm, 600nm, 660nm, 740nm 下的眼底图像)的采集的图像差异,对不同波长下人眼底的结构特性进行研究。  

Objectives of Study:

The main purpose of this study is to compare the differences in image acquisition between a regular fundus camera (RetiCam 3100) and a fundus multispectral camera (self-developed, capable of obtaining fundus images at 470nm, 550nm, 600nm, 660nm, 740nm) for normal human eyes, and to investigate the structural characteristics of the human fundus at different wavelengths.

纳入标准:

(1) 年龄范围: 18 到 60 岁的成年人。 (2) 健康状态: 参与者需要是没有严重眼部疾病或眼部手术史的个体。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age range: Adults aged 18 to 60. (2) Health status: Participants need to be individuals without serious eye diseases or a history of eye surgery.

排除标准:

(1) 严重眼部疾病: 排除有严重眼部疾病等的个体,这些疾病可能对眼部健康产生影响。 (2) 眼部手术史: 排除有眼部手术史或手术后影响眼结构的状况。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Serious eye diseases: Individuals with serious eye diseases or other conditions that may affect eye health are excluded. (2) Eye surgery history: Exclude any history of eye surgery or conditions that affect eye structure after surgery.
