研究目的：

对姜黄素温敏性口腔凝胶（生产批号：浙甬械备20210054）进行应用研究，探究姜黄素温敏性口腔凝胶针对口腔问题的疗效，并对 OSF 研究对象的治疗效果进行评价。为姜黄素制剂的发展提供参考，提高姜黄素的应用价值，为 OSF治疗提供一种新方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Application research was conducted on Curcumin Thermosensitive Oral Gel (Production Batch No.: Zhejiang Yong Medical Device Record No. 20210054) to investigate its therapeutic effects on oral issues and evaluate the treatment outcomes in OSF subjects. This study aims to provide references for the development of curcumin formulations, enhance the application value of curcumin, and offer a new treatment approach for OSF.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

严格按照纳入、排除标准筛选 OSF 患者作为研究对象，在知情同意并签署知情同意书的前提下，采用抽签法将研究对象随机分为对照组和试验组，采用单盲法进行研究，对照组选择醋酸曲安奈德注射治疗，试验组在对照组治疗的基础上增加姜黄素凝胶局部涂抹作为辅助治疗，通过测量张口度、黏膜疼痛指数、黏膜色泽评分、黏膜质地评分，考察姜黄素凝胶辅助治疗 OSF 的疗效。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

OSF patients were selected as study subjects in strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. On the premise of informed consent and signed informed consent, the study subjects were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group by drawing lot method. The study was conducted by single blind method, and triamcinolone acetate injection treatment was selected for the control group. In the experimental group, curcumin gel was applied locally as adjuvant therapy on the basis of the control group. The effect of curcumin gel in the adjuvant treatment of OSF was investigated by measuring mouth opening, mucosal pain index, mucosal color score and mucosal texture score. 

纳入标准：

（1）符合《口腔黏膜下纤维性变的诊断标准(试行稿)》[54]（病因：患者有咀嚼槟榔的历史。症状：口腔黏膜灼痛，吃刺激性食物疼痛，软腭黏膜上出现水疱，水疱破溃形成小溃疡，味觉减退，舌运动障碍，吞咽不便及张口受限。体征：局灶性或全口腔黏膜呈灰白色，黏膜粗糙如皮革状，翼下领韧带区及软腭出现纤维条索，舌乳头萎缩，张口度变小。）或者病理诊断为OSF的患者； （2）年龄18~60周岁； （3）三个月内未使用过免疫调节剂、激素类药物者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients who either conform to the Diagnostic Criteria for Oral Submucosal Fibrosis (Full details are given in Appendix A) or have been pathologically diagnosed with OSF. (2) Individuals aged between 18 to 60 years. (3) Participants who have refrained from using immunomodulatory agents or hormonal medications for a period of three months prior to the study.

排除标准：

（1）对姜黄素或者其他凝胶成分过敏者； （2）口腔黏膜合并癌性溃疡等恶性疾病者 （3）孕妇及哺乳期妇女； （4）患有精神疾病或认知功能障碍者； （5）不能遵医嘱用药和按时复诊者； （6）患有其他局部或全身系统性疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Individuals with allergies to curcumin or any other gel components. (2) Patients suffering from malignant oral mucosa diseases, such as cancerous ulcers. (3) Pregnant and breastfeeding women. (4) Individuals with mental illnesses or cognitive impairments that may affect their ability to comply with the study protocol. (5) Patients who are unlikely to adhere to the medical advice or to attend follow-up appointments as scheduled. (6) Patients with other localized or systemic conditions that could interfere with the study outcomes or participant safety.
