研究目的：

本研究旨在观察单纯IPL与深度清洁联合 IPL，对 MGD 治疗的疗效，以评估睑缘清洁在治疗中的作用，进一步明确睑缘环境改善对疾病治疗的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to observe the efficacy of pure IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) therapy compared with the combination of deep eyelid margin cleaning and IPL in the treatment of Meibomian Gland Dysfunction (MGD), to assess the role of eyelid margin cleansing in the treatment, and to further clarify the impact of eyelid margin environment improvement on disease therapy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准:(1)根据《干眼临床诊疗专家共识（2020）》，诊断 MGD 者;(2)年龄满 18 岁;(3)受试者自愿加入并能完成之后的随访。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed with MGD based on the "Expert Consensus on the Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Dry Eye (2020)"; (2) Aged 18 or above; (3) Participants who voluntarily join and are able to complete follow-up visits.

排除标准：

排除标准:(1)6个月内有眼部感染、炎症;(2)既往眼部手术或严重外伤史;(3)眼睑异常,如睑内外翻、闭合障碍、眼睑肿物等;(4)有影响眼部的系统性疾病或 服用影响眼表的药物者;(5)近期已接受过或即将接受暴晒者;(6)妊娠或哺乳者

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of ocular infection or inflammation within the past 6 months; (2) History of previous ocular surgery or severe trauma; (3) Abnormalities of the eyelids, such as entropion, ectropion, closure disorders, eyelid tumors, etc.; (4) Individuals with systemic diseases affecting the eyes or taking medications that impact the ocular surface; (5) Those who have recently undergone or are about to undergo intense sun exposure; (6) Pregnant or lactating women.
