研究目的：

通过该探索性临床研究，对口腔种植手术治疗的患者进行音乐治疗干预，探讨其对口腔种植围手术期患者主观心理状况、睡眠质量和主观疼痛程度的影响，以进一步改进口腔种植的综合治疗策略，为种植患者长期优质的身心健康提供保证。  

Objectives of Study：

Through this exploratory clinical study music therapy intervention was carried out in patients with dental implantation The subjective psychological status sleep quality and subjective pain degree of patients during the perioperative period of dental implantation were explored so as to further improve the comprehensive treatment strategy of dental implantation and provide a guarantee for the long-term quality of physical and mental health of implant patients

纳入标准：

1 年龄≥18 岁 2 可以自主表达和正常交流 3 牙缺失拟行种植固定修复 4 理解和同意手术、医从性良好、愿意参与和协助此临床研究

Inclusion criteria

1.Age≥18 years old 2.Partially anterior edentulous jaws 3.Patients will be given an implant surgery and implant-supported fixed rehabilitation 4.Patients could express themselves and communicate normally

排除标准：

1 长期服用抗焦虑和止疼药（≥1 年） 2 精神心理疾病，情绪自控性差 3 既往有种植失败经历 4 存在急性牙体和（或）牙周疾病 5 存在急性脓肿、感染等疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1.Use of anti-anxiety and painkillers within 1 year 2.Mental and psychological diseases with poor emotional self-control 3.A history of previous implant loss 4.Ongoing active infections by endodontic or periodontal problems of all the remaining teeth
