研究目的：

探究朋辈心理辅导在针对因运动损伤导致的焦虑、抑郁等心理问题下的康复促进效果，“经过简单培训的非专业心理工作者”面对大学生运动员能否及如何提供有效的干预，以及如何制定合理的干预方案等问题。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of peer counseling in promoting the rehabilitation of psychological problems such as anxiety and depression caused by sports injuries, and whether and how "non-professional psychologists with simple training" can provide effective intervention for college athletes and how to formulate reasonable intervention plans.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究计划招募30名正经受运动损伤，且具有轻度焦虑倾向的大学生运动员，依据随机抽样分组为对照组和实验组，从2024年12月开始至2025年1月结束，进行为期 4周，每周2次的干预活动。每次活动约为 2小时，涵盖线上、线下讲座、心理游戏、小组讨论和个体咨询等内容，并分别在干预前、干预中和干预后对30名受试者采用SAS及BFS量表问卷调研，评估两组在干预条件下的心理状态变化。干预结束后，我们将在第5周和第8周进行随机抽样随访，发放相同问卷，追踪干预效果的可持续性。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

In this study, 30 college athletes with mild anxiety tendencies who are experiencing sports injuries and are randomly divided into control and experimental groups will be randomly sampled for a period of 4 weeks, twice a week, starting from December 2024 to January 2025. Each activity lasted about 2 hours, covering online and offline lectures, psychological games, group discussions and individual counseling, and 30 subjects were surveyed using SAS and BFS questionnaires before, during and after the intervention to evaluate the changes in the psychological state of the two groups under the intervention conditions. After the end of the intervention, we will conduct random sample follow-up at weeks 5 and 8, and the same questionnaire will be distributed to track the sustainability of the intervention effect. 

纳入标准：

研究对象的纳入标准如下：1.无重大疾病史和慢性病史（如传染病，心脏病，肿瘤，精神类疾病等）2.符合在校大学生身份3.正经受运动损伤，且处在非急性期。3. 具有轻度焦虑倾向，50分≤ SAS量表评分≤ 59分。

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria of the study subjects are as follows: 1. No history of major diseases and chronic diseases (such as infectious diseases, heart disease, tumors, psychiatric diseases, etc.) 2. Eligible for college student status 3. Experiencing sports injuries and in the non-acute phase. 3. Have a tendency to mild anxiety, 50 points≤ SAS scale score≤ 59 points.

排除标准：

排除标准如下：1.明显的精神疾病和心理疾病2.处在损伤急性期内3.不符合在校大学生身份或年龄超过25岁。4. SAS量表评分≤50分，没有明显的焦虑症状。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria are as follows: 1. Obvious mental illness and mental illness 2. Being in the acute phase of injury 3. Not eligible for college student status or over 25 years old. 4. SAS scale score ≤ 50 points, no obvious anxiety symptoms.
