研究目的：

了解晚期乳腺癌患者的心理现状，探究基于积极心理学的团体心理辅导活动对晚期乳腺癌患者心理状况的影响，开展适宜晚期乳腺癌患者的团体心理辅导方案，通过在团体活动中，让每个成员有能力看清自己的价值观，了解自己的优点和限制，并能结合周围各种人力和物力资源，激发个人潜能，将积极的情绪和力量应用到生活中，积极面对生活，积极配合治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the psychological status of patients with advanced breast cancer, explore the impact of group psychological counseling activities based on positive psychology on the psychological status of patients with advanced breast cancer, and carry out group psychological counseling programs suitable for patients with advanced breast cancer. Through group activities, each member is able to see clearly their own values, understand their own strengths and limitations, and combine various human and material resources around them Resources, stimulate personal potential, apply positive emotions and strength to life, actively face life, and actively cooperate with treatment

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

（1）确诊为晚期乳腺癌的女性患者； （2）18~70周岁； （3）知晓病情； （4）精神正常，有良好的理解、沟通能力，能完成调查问卷填写； （5）患者自愿参加并且能够配合研究； （6）生存期＞5个月。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Female patients diagnosed with advanced breast cancer; (2) 18~70 years old; (3) Know the condition; (4) Mentally normal, have good understanding and communication skills, and be able to complete the questionnaire; (5) The patient is willing to participate and able to cooperate with the study; (6) Survival> 5 months.

排除标准：

（1）有严重并发症或既往有精神疾病者。
