研究目的：

本研究旨在明确KOA患者执行不同复杂运动任务中，运动-感觉相关脑区的异常激活模式，为后续干预KOA提供脑激活变化的证据和潜在靶点，并为慢性肌肉骨骼疾病康复开辟新的视角。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to clarify the abnormal activation patterns of motor-sensory related brain areas in KOA patients performing different complex motor tasks, providing evidence of brain activation changes and potential targets for subsequent interventions in KOA. Additionally, it opens a new perspective for the rehabilitation of chronic musculoskeletal diseases.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

设计一项横断面研究，招募20例KOA患者和20例健康人，采用fNIRS和表面肌电分别采集两组人群平地步行及上下楼梯过程中相关脑区的血流动力学变化和肌电信号，来明确大脑及膝关节周围肌肉的激活程度，并与患者的VAS及WOMAC评分进行相关性分析，来阐明脑区激活程度与患者疼痛及关节功能的相关性。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合KOA诊断标准； 2.年龄50-75岁； 3.Kellgren-Lawrence(K-L)分级为Ⅱ、Ⅲ级； 4.膝关节疼痛评分（至少在过去3个月内）≥3分（10分制）； 5.膝关节症状和影像学表现仅在右侧; 6.签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for KOA; 2.Aged between 50-75 years; 3.Kellgren-Lawrence (K-L) grading of II or III; 4. Knee pain score of ≥3 points (out of 10) at least in the past three months; 5.Knee osteoarthritis symptoms and radiographic findings present only on the right side; 6.Signed informed consent form

排除标准：

1.膝关节曾经做过手术并有内植物患者； 2.膝关节发生感染，肿胀较为明显者； 3.存在类风湿性关节炎等其他关节疾病患者； 4.心脑血管疾病及精神不正常患者； 5.恶性肿瘤并已有骨转移患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have had knee surgery with implants; 2.Patients with knee infections and significant swelling; 3.Patients with other joint diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis; 4.Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and mental disorders; 5.Patients with malignant tumors and bone metastases
