研究目的：

利用人工智能算法结合症状、临床检查和尿液，进行冠心病尿液分类标准及泡沫量化方法的研究，构建冠心病风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Using artificial intelligence algorithm combined with symptoms, clinical examination and urine, the urine classification standard and foam quantification method of coronary heart disease were studied, and the risk prediction model of coronary heart disease was constructed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合《2019年 ESC慢性冠状动脉综合征诊断和管理指南》诊断标准； 2.年龄大于18岁； 3.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria set out in the "2019 ESC Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Chronic Coronary Syndromes"; 2. Be over 18 years old; 3. Sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.诊断为急性心肌梗死（4周内）、急性冠状动脉综合征、严重心律失常伴有血流动力学改变及近4周接受过冠脉血运重建的患者； 2.严重的肝功能不全、严重的电解质紊乱、严重感染、恶性肿瘤等或其他无法控制的全身性疾病者； 3.妊娠或准备妊娠及哺乳期妇女； 4.有精神病史者、传染病患者； 5.有眼部疾病者； 6.需要收集的临床数据资料记录不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction (within 4 weeks), acute coronary syndrome, severe arrhythmia accompanied by hemodynamic changes, or who have undergone coronary revascularization within the past 4 weeks; 2. Patients with severe liver dysfunction, severe electrolyte imbalance, severe infection, malignant tumors, or other uncontrollable systemic diseases; 3. Pregnant or lactating women, or those planning to become pregnant; 4. Patients with a history of mental illness or infectious diseases; 5. Patients with ocular diseases; 6. Incomplete records of clinical data that need to be collected.
