研究目的：

评估超声断层扫描重建在反映骨关节炎特征方面的影像表现，并与传统影像诊断技术如X射线、磁共振成像和常规超声进行比较  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the imaging performance of Ultrasound Tomography Reconstruciton in reflecting the characteristics of osteoarthritis and compare it with traditional imaging diagnostic techniques, such as X-ray, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), and conventional ultrasound.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.银屑病关节炎（需伴显著的近端指间关节肿胀），诊断标准：2006 年银屑病关节炎 CASPAR 分类标准 ； 2.类风湿关节炎（需伴对称性的多个手指关节肿胀），诊断标准：1987 年美国风湿病学会制定的类风湿关节炎分类标准或 2010 年，ACR/EULAR 制定的类风湿关节炎分类标准 ； 3.手骨关节炎（需要有明显的 Heberden、Bouchard 骨性结节） ，诊断标准：1990 年，ACR 制定的手骨关节炎分类标准 ； 4.患者自愿参加本项研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Psoriatic arthritis (with significant proximal interphalangeal joint swelling), Diagnostic Criteria: CASPAR classification criteria for psoriatic arthritis, 2006; 2. Rheumatoid arthritis (with symmetric swelling of multiple finger joints), diagnostic criteria: Rheumatoid arthritis classification criteria developed by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) 1987 or Rheumatoid arthritis classification criteria developed by ACR/EULAR 2010; 3. Osteoarthritis of the hand (with visible Heberden's and Bouchard's bony nodules), diagnostic criteria: Classification of Osteoarthritis of the Hand, ACR, 1990; 4.Patients volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.无自理能力； 2.无法耐受检查； 3.存在未愈合伤口，患皮肤病及其他传染病的病人。

Exclusion criteria：

1. No self-care ability; 2. Inability to tolerate inspection; 3. Patients with unhealed wounds on the limbs, skin diseases, and other infectious diseases.
