研究目的：

明确体外循环术后患者呼吸机相关性肺炎发生现状及影响因素；构建并验证体外循环术后患者呼吸机相关性肺炎风险预测模型，评价模型预测效能。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the occurrence status and influencing factors of ventilator-associated pneumonia in patients after cardiopulmonary bypass; to construct and verify the risk prediction model of ventilator-associated pneumonia in patients after cardiopulmonary bypass, and to evaluate the prediction efficiency of the model.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.接受体外循环手术治疗先天性心脏病、瓣膜病、冠心病或大血管疾病的患者2.入院时年龄≥18 岁3.术后机械通气时间≥48 小时。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass surgery for congenital heart disease, valvular disease, coronary heart disease, or macrovascular disease 2. Age >= 18 years at admission 3. Mechanical ventilation duration >= 48 hours after surgery.

排除标准：

1.通气前或通气 48 小时内已经出现肺部感染2.病情变化再次手术者3.依据 Meta 分析结果的关键资料不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Lung infection occurred before ventilation or within 48 hours after ventilation. 2. Patients undergoing reoperation due to changes in condition. 3. Patients with incomplete key data based on meta-analysis results.
