研究目的：

探究团体叠杯游戏对养老机构内老年人认知功能和负性情绪的效果。并通过了解老人参与竞技叠杯运动的体验，以进一步验证干预研究的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of a group cup stacking game on cognitive functioning and negative emotions of older adults in a nursing facility. And to further validate the effectiveness of the intervention study by understanding the experience of older adults participating in competitive cup stacking.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄≥60岁，居住于广州市荔湾区颐和养老豪庭公寓；2）意识清楚，具备基本的沟通能力，可配合研究；3）知情同意，自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1) Aged ≥60 years old, living in Yihe Retirement Haoting Apartment, Liwan District, Guangzhou; 2) Clear consciousness, with basic communication skills, can cooperate with research; 3) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

1）并存严重的精神疾病；2）并存严重器质性心脏病、恶性心律失常、恶性肿瘤、肝肾功能衰竭等疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Concurrent severe mental illness; 2) Severe organic heart disease, malignant arrhythmia, malignant tumor, liver and kidney failure, etc.
