研究目的：

对中医治疗肝阳上亢型高血压的临床有效性与安全性进行确证性评价  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in treating liver-yang hyperactivity type hypertension

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18-70岁之间男女； 2.符合上述原发性高血压病诊断标准； 3.符合肝阳上亢证中医证候辨证标准； 4.原服用降压药物者，不可随意调药、增减剂量，血压稳定1周后； 5.1、2级高血压； 6.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Men and women aged 18-70 years; 2. Meet the above diagnostic criteria for essential hypertension; 3. It meets the standard of TCM syndrome differentiation of liver-yang hyperactivity; 4. Those who originally took antihypertensive drugs should not adjust or increase or decrease the dose at will, and their blood pressure will be stable for 1 week; 5. Grade 1 and 2 hypertension; 6. Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.年龄在18岁以下或70岁以上，妊娠或哺乳期和准备妊娠妇女，过敏体质者； 2.半年内曾患急性心肌梗塞，脑血管意外、严重创作或重大手术后患者； 3.继发性高血压； 4.3级高血压； 5.合并肝、肾及造血系统等严重原发性疾病及损害、精神病患者； 6.参加其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Under 18 years of age or over 70 years of age, pregnant or lactating women and women planning to become pregnant, allergic; 2. Patients who have suffered from acute myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident, serious creation or major surgery within half a year; 3. Secondary hypertension; 4. Grade 3 hypertension; 5. Patients with liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases and damage, mental illness; 6. Patients participating in other clinical trials.
