研究目的：

（1）使用fNIRS监测记录FAI人群、Coper人群与健康群体在执行单脚平衡站立、踮脚、单脚跳跃、踏步走这四种姿势控制测试时大脑皮层氧合血红蛋白浓度，比较不同群体间大脑前额叶皮质和辅助运动区皮质激活变化，以加深对FAI人群重复扭伤的神经机制特征了解。 （2）研究结合足底压力、Y平衡等行为学数据，分析三类不同群体在姿势控制下大脑皮层激活变化与行为变化可能存在的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) fNIRS monitoring was used to record the concentration of oxygenated hemoglobin in the cerebral cortex of FAI population, Coper population and healthy population during four postures control tests: standing on one foot, standing on tiptoe, jumping on one foot and stepping, and to compare the activation changes of the cerebral prefrontal cortex and auxiliary motor cortex between different groups. To deepen the understanding of the neural mechanism of repetitive sprain in FAI population. (2) Combined with behavioral data such as plantar pressure and Y balance, this study analyzed the possible correlation between cortical activation changes and behavioral changes in three different groups under postural control.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

FAI 患者纳入标准：1)踝关节扭伤次数达 2 次以上，且在运动中有较为明显的失控感；2)坎伯兰问卷评分<=24分；3)未经历下肢骨折或手术；4)首次踝关节扭伤距本次测试达1年以上；5)踝关节前抽屉、内翻应力测试为阴性。 Coper 患者纳入标准：1)首次踝关节扭伤距本次测试达1年以上；2)运动中踝关节稳定感较强，且首次扭伤后从未出现再次扭伤；3)测试前1年内体力活动水平未受踝关节扭伤影响；4)坎伯兰问卷评分>24分。 健康人群纳入标准：1)从未经历致使体力活动水平严重下降的踝关节扭伤；2)坎伯兰问卷评分>24分。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for FAI patients: 1) ankle sprain more than 2 times and obvious sense of loss of control during exercise; 2) Cumberland questionnaire score <=24 points; 3) Have not undergone lower limb fracture or surgery; 4) The first ankle sprain is more than 1 year from this test; 5) The stress tests of the front drawer and inversion of the ankle joint were negative. Inclusion criteria for patients with Coper: 1) The first ankle sprain occurred more than 1 year after this test; 2) The ankle joint has a strong sense of stability during exercise, and it has never been sprained again after the first sprain; 3) The level of physical activity within 1 year before the test was not affected by ankle sprain; 4) Cumberland Questionnaire score >24 points. Healthy people included: 1) never experienced an ankle sprain that severely reduced the level of physical activity; 2) Cumberland Questionnaire score >24 points.

排除标准：

排除存在以下情况的受试者：1)本次实验前半年内曾有严重的下肢损伤史；2)踝关节外侧副韧带明显松弛或断裂；3)患有严重的颅脑损伤、平衡障碍；4)Beighton 测试得分>4分(关节活动度过大)。

Exclusion criteria：

Subjects with the following conditions were excluded: 1) had a history of severe lower extremity injury within six months before the experiment; 2) The lateral collateral ligament of the ankle joint is obviously relaxed or broken; 3) Severe craniocerebral injury and balance disorder; 4)Beighton test score >4 points (excessive joint movement).

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data management and statistical analysis procedures of this study give priority to the security and confidentiality of data. Only principal investigators and research assistants have access to the collected data. All data will be collected using the standard Case Record Form (CRF). For paper personal data, it will be stored in a locked file cabinet within a secure office. Digital data will be stored in password-protected files to ensure its security. All data will be retained in their original storage location for three years after the study is completed. After the three-year retention period, all paper and digital data will be safely destroyed. This includes ensuring that digital files are permanently deleted and any physical records are properly disposed of. These measures are designed to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of participants' data and to comply with data protection regulations.
