研究目的：

探讨运动对认知训练是否具有协同效应，结合认知训练对老年腹部大手术患者术后谵妄及严重程度的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether exercise has a synergistic effect on cognitive training, combined with the effect of cognitive training on postoperative delirium and severity in elderly patients undergoing major abdominal surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、≥65岁拟行腹部大手术者（包括肝胆、胰腺、胃肠、妇科手术等）； 2、手术时间持续2h~6h；

Inclusion criteria

1.Those aged ≥ 65 years who planned to undergo major abdominal surgery ( including hepatobiliary, pancreatic, gastrointestinal and gynecological surgery, ect ) ; 2. The operation time lasted for 2h ~ 6h ;

排除标准：

1.MMSE＜24分； 2.卧床不能自理者和瘫痪； 3.近期有脑卒中史者； 4.沟通障碍、听力视力障碍未矫正者； 5.痴呆、帕金森、癫痫患者； 6.拒绝本实验者 ；

Exclusion criteria：

1.MMSE < 24 points ; 2.Bedridden unable to take care of themselves and paralysis ; 3.Patients with a recent history of stroke ; 4.Communication disorders, hearing and visual impairment uncorrected ; 5.Dementia, Parkinson 's disease, epilepsy patients ; 6.Reject the experimenter ;
