研究目的：

本研究通过Lasso回归初步筛选影响针刺疗效的因素，再运用Logistic 回归明确具有统计学意义的影响因素并建立针刺治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效预测模型，然后以绘制列线图的形式将Logistic回归的建模结果图形化、可视化，用于表达预测模型中各变量间关系，以便临床对结果的解读和评估。  

Objectives of Study：

This study used Lasso regression to initially screen the factors that affect the efficacy of acupuncture, and then used Logistic regression to identify statistically significant influencing factors and establish a prediction model for the efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke, and then draw a nomogram. The modeling results of logistic regression are graphically and visualized to express the relationship between variables in the prediction model to facilitate clinical interpretation and evaluation of the results.

纳入标准：

1.所有病例均符合《中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南2018》的诊断标准，发病至入院时间≤2周； 2.选择针刺疗法作为主要治疗手段； 3.患者清醒状态，自愿参加本次研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. All cases meet the diagnostic criteria of the "China Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018", and the time from onset to admission is ≤ 2 weeks; 2. Acupuncture is selected as the main treatment method; 3. The patients are awake and voluntarily participate in this study, and signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.伴有重要脏器（如心、肺、肝、肾）功能不全者； 2.经头颅CT或MRI 等检查发现合并其他颅脑疾病（如脑出血、颅脑外伤、颅内肿瘤）的患者； 3.严重的精神病患者； 4.缺失建立预测模型所需预测变量或主要结局指标的相关数据，并且无法进行估算者； 5.妊娠和哺乳期妇女； 6.根据研究者的判断，不适合参加研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with insufficiency of important organs (such as heart, lung, liver, kidney); 2. Patients with other craniocerebral diseases (such as cerebral hemorrhage, craniocerebral trauma, intracranial tumors) found through cranial CT or MRI examinations; 3. Severe mental patients; 4. Those who are missing the relevant data of the predictor variables or main outcome indicators required to establish the prediction model and cannot estimate; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Those who are not suitable to participate in the study according to the judgment of the researcher.
